Fantastic friendly and really friendly staff, everything fairly clean.

Interesting building and rooms with a great view over the valley. It's own balcony and a huge window were nice. Central location, good base for discovering Perugia.

The rooms here are super modern and come with spacious bathrooms – perfect for stretching out and relaxing. 🚿 Also, this spot is right in the heart of everything, so you’re just a stone’s throw away from the bustling city center.

The room I booked had amazing views of the valley. I loved how the bathroom was spotless and well-organized. It was equipped with climate control so I could set the room temperature just right. Plus, there was a TV with lots of channels and a handy mini fridge. 🌄

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with easy access to the old town just a short walk away. We loved being able to stroll through the charming streets, especially in the morning with the soft light illuminating the surrounding hills. It was truly picturesque and gave us a great sense of the local atmosphere.

The parking situation was a bit inconvenient. It would have been nice to have free parking available instead of having to pay for it separately.

This amazing hotel offers stunning views from every room. The fully renovated building guarantees high quality, and the sparkling clean rooms and extremely comfortable beds ensure a pleasant stay. The hosts, Patrizia & Salvatore, were welcoming and kind, organizing transfers and providing a room with a gorgeous view and roomy balcony. The breakfast, facilities, and atmosphere were superior, and the location was perfect for exploring the area.

This place has a fantastic location close to all the top sights and restaurants, situated on a hill overlooking the beautiful hills around it.

Charming small and clean hotel with ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS view over the valley towards Assisi in the distance. Location - marvellous and incredible, just next door to the valleys and Assisi in the distance, the historic centre, and the hillside at the bottom of Perugia. A good choice of food options not too far away from the venue.

The room was big size and it had a large bathroom...

The room was spacious and clean, with a stunning view! The blackout shades and heated towel rack were nice extras. The staff was lovely and the neighborhood was very quiet. We also enjoyed the comfortable bed and the fact that the historic center was just a 15-20 minute walk away.

The walk to the center was quite steep and could be challenging for some. The streets also felt unsafe and dark, making us uncomfortable.

The breakfast here is fantastic, offering a wide selection of delicious dishes.

The breakfast offered was amazing and abundant, with plenty of delicious options to choose from. the hotel's location was perfect - just a short walk into town, allowing us to easily explore and enjoy the city.

The bed was a little bit too hard for our liking. We also found the check-out time of 10:00 to be a bit early compared to other hotels we've stayed at.
